The 'Seeing Santa' Guide 2024

GROTTO & BREAKFAST TIMINGS:
1. The grotto is open 10.00am - 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays*.
Dates: Weekends 7/8, 14/15, 21/22 and Mon 23 Dec
2. Please arrive for Breakfast with Santa event at 8.30am for service. Event ends by 10am.

NOTE
Tickets are to be booked online. There may be last minute same day slots available, please check the booking pages, you can book free slots online up to 2.30pm for same day tickets.
Gifts are unwrapped. We have found that that children enjoy choosing & it also avoids disappointments.

GROTTO BOOKING INFORMATION:
1. The grotto is located in the Garden Centre next to the Farm Shop shop. Please ask any team member if you need help to find it.
2. Please arrive no earlier that 10 mins before your booked time.
3. Children visiting Father Christmas must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 years old
4. Ticket price is £11.99 for 1 child, £21.99 for 2 children, £29.99 for 3 children, £35.99 for 4 children. Parents/Guardians are free.
5. Important booking note: Please ignore any text that says “1 LEFT” next to grotto bookings. You may book up to 4 children in these slots (It means “1 family slot left” but we cannot edit or remove it. sorry!)
6. Babes in arms may visit for free with a sibling. If baby will be having a gift from Santa ticket price applies.

BREAKFAST BOOKING INFORMATION:
1. The breakfast with Santa is located in the coffee shop.
2. Please be seated for breakfast service at 8.30am. Breakfasts and seeing Santa should be completed by 10am.
3. A table is reserved for your family.
4. Ticket price is £14.99 for children's breakfast. Parents/Guardians £11.99
5. When booking there is a section to write down special request, special dietary requirements, high chairs required or any other accommodations you might need. We will confirm these as soon as we can or may call you for clarifications.

CANCELLATION & COVID STATEMENT
1 Please DO NOT visit if you or your family have symptoms of Covid-19. Santa needs to stay well so he can deliver the presents on Christmas Eve! If a member of your party is ill, we will do our best to reschedule for you if possible or refund you (unless you wish to donate your grotto ticket price to charity). CANCELLATIONS & ALTERATIONS

We know we cannot foresee all eventualities. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the Event is cancelled, abandoned, rescheduled, or where there is a material change to the Event.

If you are difficulties with bookings, have made a booking mistake, need to make changes or advise us of an issue please contact info@hhsheep.co.uk with your telephone number and as much detail as possible.

IF WE CANCEL:
In the case that any event has to be cancelled due to local or national lockdown or the ill health of the entertainment team or Sheeplands employees we will endeavour to give you maximum notice of this AND refund you. Please also check this page as cancelled events will appear on here as we try and contact all the guests involved.

IF YOU CANCEL:
If any of your group cannot attend please contact info@hhsheep.co.uk or 0118 9401600 with as much notice as you can. Tickets may be transferred to a later slot, subject to availability.
