Cooking Instructions - Bakery

All Butter Croissant – Spread out on a baking tray and leave to prove overnight at room temperature. Egg wash and bake in a pre-heated oven at 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5 for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.

Almond Croissant – Cook from frozen. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.

Apricot Danish – Spread out on a baking tray, leave to defrost and prove for 1 hour 45 minutes. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 for 17 minutes.

Chocolate Twist – Spread out on a baking tray, defrost/prove overnight. Glaze with egg yolk and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 for 10 minutes.

Cinnamon Swirl – Cook from frozen in a hot oven at 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5 for 15 minutes until pastry is cooked.

Cookies – Choc Chip, Double Choc Chip & White Choc & Pecan Spread out on a baking tray, bake in the oven at 150°C/300°F/Gas Mark 2 for 15-20 minutes. Leave to cool.

Chocolate & Hazelnut Croquante – Cook from frozen for 15-20 minutes at 190°C/375°F/ Gas Mark 5. Vegetarian.

Fruit Scones – Cook from frozen for 30 mins at 150°C/300°F/Gas Mark 2

Maple Pecan Danish – Cook from frozen in a hot oven at 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5 for 15 minutes until pastry is cooked.

Pain au Chocolat – Spread out on a baking tray and leave to prove overnight at room temperature. Egg wash and bake in a pre-heated oven at 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5 for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.

Plain Scones - Cook from frozen for 30 mins at 150°C/300°F/Gas Mark 2

Vegan Plain Croissant – Oven bake for 24 minutes at 170°C/325°F/Gas Mark 3.

Brown Organic Bloomer – Defrost then oven bake for 22 minutes at 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Vegan

Fruit & Nut Loaf – Cook from frozen for 6-8 minutes at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.

Kaiser Rolls - Cook from frozen for 8-10 minutes at 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5. Vegetarian

Parisian (Thick French Baguette) - Cook from frozen for 10-12 minutes at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.

Sourdough Bloomer – Oven cook from frozen for 12 minutes 210°C/420°F/Gas Mark 6. Vegan

XLSourdough Bloomer - Oven cook from frozen for 252 minutes 210°C/420°F/Gas Mark 6. Vegan

Sunflower & Honey Star Loaf – Cook from frozen for 12-14 minutes at 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7. Vegetarian

Tiger Bloomer - Cook from frozen for 12-15 minutes at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.

Old Style - Cook from frozen for 20-30 minutes at 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5.

White Organic Bloomer – Defrost then oven bake for 22 minutes at 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Vegan

Twister Bread – Cook from frozen at 200°C for 18-20 minutes.

Kalamata Olive Pave - Defrost at room temperature for 60 min, bake at 190-200°C for 10-12 min, steam for 5-8 s.

Ciabatta Rolls - Put frozen products directly to a preheated oven. Bake for 8-12 min. at 190-200°C. Before baking give steam for 5-8 sec.

White/Harvester demi baguette - Preheat the oven to 220°C. Bake with steam 12- 15 min at 200°C. Baking instructions may vary with the equipment used.
