Temple Island Rums

White Rum (50cl £35 / 20cl £15)

This classic Caribbean white rum has been distilled with Tonka bean and vanilla, then infused with even more vanilla for an exceptionally buttery smooth finish. Perfect serve: a versatile spirit, this white rum pairs perfectly with cola, ginger ale or ginger beer. Or transport yourself to the Caribbean with a Pina Colada.

Spiced Rum (50cl £35 / 20cl £15)

A contemporary twist on a classic Spiced Rum, expect to find notes of cinnamon, ginger and black pepper along with soft notes of vanilla and caramel to round out the palate.
Perfect Serve: enjoy neat over ice or with classic pairings of cola, ginger ale or ginger beer. Or a great addition to spice up a Daiquiri or Mojito.

Coffee Rum (50cl £35 / 20cl £15)

Distilled with coffee beans, cacao nibs and vanilla beans and then blended with homemade caramel and vanilla syrups to sweeten and add a depth of colour, this rum is bursting with flavour. Perfect serve: neat over ice – drink this chilled with your eyes closed, and you’d be forgiven for thinking it’s an Espresso Martini but without the caffeine hit.

Henley Gin

Oriental Spiced Gin (50cl £40 / 20cl £15)

A complex blend of rich spices inspired by the Silk Road. Long Pepper and Cubeb combine with fiery Ginger and hint of Lemon Zest Nothing but ice and premium tonic is needed to create the perfect serve.

Rhubarb & Orange Gin

Winner of The Spirit Business Gin Masters Award – the highest accolade in 2021. Deceptive in blushing pink, this single-shot, award-winning artisan gin has been layered with fresh hand peeled orange zest and tart English rhubarb to create an elegant and refreshing gin. The depth of the delicate flavours are best appreciated by serving with ice, premium tonic and orange peel but if a hint of sweetness is desired, ginger ale also makes a glorious summer companion.

Classic Dry Gin

Voted Best English London Dry at The World Gin Awards 2022. A contemporary twist on a London Dry, this award-winning signature sipping gin elegantly builds on the familiar juniper foundation as citrusy flavours blossom from orange peel, kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass; warmth flickers from bold Szechuan peppercorns before mellowing with the deep, rich notes of cardamom and vanilla-like tonquin beans to create a smooth, refined balance.

Nothing but ice and premium tonic is needed to create the perfect serve.
